Erica Moir
Vice President of Designs and Advanced Technologies, Jacuzzi Group
Erica Moir has been with Jacuzzi Group for more than 22 years, working in both the Spa and Bath business in North America as well as Europe. During her tenure, she has served in previous roles including vice president of marketing, new product development and design for the spa division and vice president, product design and development for the spa and bath division before stepping into her current position.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in industrial and product design from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Arts in fine and studio arts from University of Windsor, Moir enjoys researching and looking at opportunities to do things smarter and finding creative solutions to problems that drive positive change. In her role, she loves being given the space to be creative and innovative as well as the opportunity to add ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) to her product development, design, and marketing role. This has allowed her and her teams to make powerful changes from the onset of product conceptualization and development. Moir believes setting goals to be a greener company and then connecting with the right partners to help Jacuzzi Group meet those goals is an exciting challenge that ensures Jacuzzi Group leads this charge in the industry while also improving the customer experience.
