Jacuzzi products are meant to stand up to the test of time. Each of our products are covered by their own unique warranty, to ensure maximum usage. Some products do require that you register your warranty to take advantage, which you can do here. For more information about a product’s specific warranty, you can visit the warranty coverage page here. If your product is not covered there, please contact customer service for specifics.
No Hassle Returns
Items that are eligible for expedited FedEx shipping can be returned within 30 days, regardless of how they were shipped. Items that must be sent via FedEx Ground or from any freight carrier are not eligible for returns. Products that are made-to-order will be marked as final sale and cannot be returned due to their custom nature. To determine if a product is eligible for a return, or to initiate a return, simply contact customer service. Returned items must be post-marked by the 30th day of receipt to be eligible for a full refund. Jacuzzi.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We want to ensure that you receive the correct item that fits your needs. That’s why we offer a 30-day exchange policy on all items that are eligible for return. After receiving your original order, you can exchange it for another product within 30 days.
After the first exchange, you may exchange products an additional two times. Each subsequent exchange must be made within 14 days. If, after the second exchange, you decide not to keep your item, you can simply return the item for a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase amount. Final sale and consumable products are not eligible for exchanges. Jacuzzi.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All U.S. and Canadian orders over $100 USD, that don’t require fright, are shipped free. Contact customer service for expedited shipping options. Jacuzzi.com is not able to ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. If you want to check on your order status simply click here. Due to COVID-19 there may be interruptions in shipping services.
Hot Tub Installation
To ensure you get the most of your hot tub, Jacuzzi.com requires installation by a professional. This installation will be completed by an authorized Jacuzzi Hot Tub dealer or contracted professional. After you purchase your hot tub, you will be contacted by the installation professional to schedule installation upon delivery. Please note that installation partners are independent of Jacuzzi.com and we are not responsible for their performance.
Your installation fee covers standard installation. Standard installation requires open access to a flat, load bearing concrete or wooden service that is within three (3) feet of a 220v electrical outlet. Plug and Play 110V products require dedicated circuiits. Installations that require lifts, cranes or other special services may cost extra. Your installation professional has sole discretion in determining if your installation is standard. Only licensed professionals can install electrical access or build the required flat service. Some of our Jacuzzi Play™ hot tubs are available on a standard 110V electrical service and may be shipped directly to your location without installation.
Your current hot tub or bath may be eligible for our trade-up program. Trade-ups require the purchase of a Jacuzzi.com product that is at least twice the assessed value of your current product. Prices Subject to Change
We do our best to maintain our price point with fluctuating material costs, but price adjustments do occur. Any quote provided by a customer service representative will be honored for 30 days from the day the quote was issued.
