The Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system provides remote monitoring and control through smart phones, smart devices, and wearables anywhere in the world. It conveniently allows you to monitor your Jacuzzi® hot tub whether you’re inside your home or even in a totally different continent. As of January 2023, the SmartTub® remote monitoring system is also available on Jacuzzi® swim spas.

How does the Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system work with my smart device?

The Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system uses cellular-based communication and requires cell service from a Jacuzzi® provider partner in your area. Through cellular service, it connects directly to local cell towers to ensure stable networks with maximized performance. Pairing your device to your home Wi-Fi network is also an option; however, cellular connectivity is more reliable than Wi-Fi for outdoor appliances.

What if I already own a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub or Swim Spa and want to add a Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system?

Many Jacuzzi® hot tub and swim spa models are compatible with the Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system. Even if you already own a Jacuzzi® hot tub or swim spa, you can likely have the hardware module installed and the app downloaded to your smart device so you can start taking advantage of the amenities of this system.

Which Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs and Swim Spas are Compatible with the Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system?

The Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system and app is an optional feature with any model from the Jacuzzi® J-400™ Collection. It is also compatible with models in the J-300™ Collection as well as the J-200™ Collection. All 2018+ models are compatible for aftermarket installation.

Can I add the Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system to a non-Jacuzzi® Hot Tub or Swim Spa?

The Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system is available and compatible with Jacuzzi® hot tubs or swim spas, Sundance® spas, and Dimension One Spas.

Is there a cost for the SmartTub® system cellular connection?

There is no charge for the first year of service. After the first year, there is a renewal fee that covers the cost of the cellular connection. The current renewal charge is $36 per year.

Is the Jacuzzi® SmartTub® system right for me?
