How will my products be shipped?

Products will ship by either parcel shipping (FedEx) or freight shipping to your shipping address or installation partner. Large, heavy, or oversized items will be delivered via Freight Shipping.

Parcel Shipping

FedEx shipping is available with the choice of two delivery speeds, depending on how quickly you want your Jacuzzi® Product delivered. Please note delivery times are from when it leaves our building, production and fulfillment time vary by product.


Transit time is typically three to seven days, depending on the distance from the shipping location to your delivery location.

Standard Overnight:

Shipment time is one business day; day one is the day after your order is shipped. For example, a product that ships on Friday (not counting Saturday or Sunday) will arrive on Monday.

NOTE: Some products are not eligible for Standard Overnight Shipping. Products containing hazardous or regulated materials must be shipped via Ground Shipping, and very large or heavy products must be shipped via Freight Shipping (see below). You may choose the delivery option based on the delivery speed you prefer. If you order two or more products, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying availability and shipping locations.

Common carriers are used and provide insurance and tracking for most shipments. Some shipments may require a signature (at the driver's discretion). Shipments may require a signature if they include high-value items, certain chemicals, or in cases where the package may not be delivered securely, such as a group package delivery location for apartments or condominiums.

Freight Shipping

Freight Shipping is required for products that are too large, heavy or bulky for Parcel Shipping. Freight products are delivered curbside at the shipping address by scheduled appointment. The carrier will call the number on your order to schedule an estimated delivery appointment. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery. If installation was required, the item will be delivered to their location and they’ll schedule delivery. 

If installation is not available, you will be responsible for moving the product from the curb to your desired location. The delivery driver is not responsible for moving products away from the point of curbside delivery. Visible exterior damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. Please inspect your order to be sure all products are in good condition immediately upon delivery.

Shipment transit time is typically seven to ten business days. Express shipping is not available for these products.

When will my product be shipped?

Orders are processed multiple times per day, 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM PST. Most in stock products usually ship within four business days. Please note that some products may have different delivery times.

If you order more than one product, we will make every attempt to send available products together. However, we may need to split your order to ship from multiple fulfillment locations throughout the country. If we need to ship your order in multiple packages, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

Will I be able to track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming we’ve received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped to your delivery address you will receive an additional email with shipping status and tracking information. Please save these emails for your records.

I ordered the wrong product, can I return it?

Most Products that are eligible for expedited FedEx shipping at the time of purchase can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date such Product is delivered to you, regardless of how the Product was shipped. Any Product that can only be sent via FedEx Ground or freight carrier at the time of purchase is not eligible for return. Products that are made-to-order will be marked as final sale and cannot be returned due to their custom nature. In addition, final sale and consumable Products are not eligible for return.

To determine if a Product is eligible for a return, or to initiate a return for an eligible Product, contact customer service.

You can exchange any Product that is eligible for return for another Product within 30 days from the date such Product is delivered to you. If the price for any replacement Product is greater than the price of the original Product purchased, you will be required to pay the difference in price along with any applicable taxes and fees. Similarly, if a replacement Product’s price is less than the price of the original Product you purchased, we will provide you with a refund for the price difference between the Products.

If, after the exchange, you decide not to keep your replacement Product, you can return the replacement Product within 30 days from the date such Product is delivered to you for a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase amount of the original Product (excluding taxes and other fees).
