Your hot tub doesn’t just collect the occasional detritus like leaves and insects. Sitting in a cauldron of hot water means things like lotion and oils can collect in the hot tub over time. Without proper sanitation, these items can build up and cause sanitation or health problems.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR JACUZZI® HOT TUB
Maintain clear, clean water and a properly functioning hot tub by using Jacuzzi® Genuine Parts and Accessories. Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs also feature up to five stages of water treatment processes. It all starts with the ProClarity® filtration system, which catches tiny particles to ensure clear, clean water. The ProClear® filter, available on the J-300™, J-LX®, and J-400™, then clarifies the water even when your jets aren’t on. Next, the ProCatch™ bag cleans the surface. Finally, a pleated cartridge works in conjunction with the hydromassage pump to provide the cleanest water possible. You can also monitor the chlorine levels in your hot tub with testing strips to ensure they remain at proper levels. If the chemicals drop below a certain amount, it becomes easier for bacteria to multiply.
