Can I have multiple accounts registered to my tub?
No. In the SmartTub® app, only one registered account per spa is allowed, though multiple people can log in using the same credentials.

I registered my spa for warranty and got the “Spa is off-line, asset already found” error.
This means your dealer has likely already registered your spa’s warranty. Simply try logging in to the SmartTub® app.

Perform a power cycle and magnetic reset:
Power down your spa for two minutes at the breaker.
Power it back up.
Use a magnet over the reset area on the SmartTub® module, passing it back and forth until the lights briefly turn off and then back on.
This resets the connection between your module and the cloud server.
I can’t purchase through the SmartTub® app; I get an error at checkout.
You likely have a pending app update. Go to your device’s app store to check for updates. If none are pending, uninstall and reinstall the app before trying again.
I get an “Invalid multipass” error when purchasing.

4th gen Cellular + Wi-Fi devices: $50 USD per year
Both plans are billed annually, with multi-year options available.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
No. You’ll be notified starting 30 days before expiration when you log in, with an option to renew through the online store.
How do I know when my subscription expires?
Go to the Manage tab → Account Information → scroll to view your expiration date. The app also alerts you within 30 days of expiration.
