How much do 6 person hot tubs cost?

The price for 6 person hot tubs in the UK can range from around £4,500 to more than £21,000.

The retail price for 6 person UK hot tubs will come down to several factors including build quality, where components are sourced, features included and design. As well as the initial purchase cost, there is also the running costs to keep in mind too.

In general, investing a bit more into a quality hot tub option will cost less to run. That’s because it should be equipped with a greater water care system (filtration, UV and ozone), control system, insulation, hot tub cover and more.

Energy efficiency in a 6 person hot tub

When it comes to energy efficiency in a hot tub, you’ll find that different brands will offer different features that they state will reduce energy usage and help you save money. This can be in the form of:

-Insulation

-Insulated, heavy-duty cover

-Water care systems

-Pumps

-remote-controlled apps

-and award recognition, for example meeting California Energy Commission standards (CEC)

The next step is understanding what savings you will get when the hot tub is placed in your space. Location, foundation, hot tub usage, lighting and temperature are some of the factors that will play a part in the running cost savings you’ll gain.

Summary – Is a six-person hot tub right for me?

We hope this article has helped you gain some useful insight on what we consider to be the best 6 person hot tub options in the UK.

Of course, there are many options on the market and some models listed here can actually fit more than 6 people. We believe these were the fairest comparisons to provide you with in this article.

If you have a large or growing family, frequently entertain guests or simply love the thought of extra room, a hot tub with six seats is a great option to consider purchasing.

If you have a small family, feel the hot tub may feel too spacious or now realise you could eliminate a few seats, then a hot tub that can seat around 4 people could be better for you.

As well as size, deciding which hot tub is best for you comes down to personal preference. This may include cost, size, jets, hydromassage and remote-control system technology. Or, you may simply want a hot tub that offers the best features and specifications the brand has to offer.
