Jacuzzi^® offers authorised product moves and complete relocations which will not compromise the product warranty.

Product moves and relocations should only be moved by authorised Jacuzzi^® providers to help retain your product warranty and because of the expertise required by these moves. We will work with you through the planning and execution of the process.

Jacuzzi^® engineers have gone through rigorous training and use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure your spa is fully protected during transit to protect from scratches or damages.

This is a bespoke service depending on your requirements as it depends on where it is moving to, how far and what the new install is like, e.g., sunken install or a new patio. This can be requested through our service and store teams.
