Installation Process
To install the new SmartTub™ module, first access the existing module behind heat-resistant packaging. Then, scan the QR code on the top of your spa to transfer data to the new unit.
The app will transfer all data and credentials to the new unit automatically after scanning the barcode. If needed, input your spa’s serial number to complete the installation, ensuring all settings and preferences are seamlessly transferred.
Reconnecting and Testing
After installation, navigate to the ‘Manage’ tab in the app to connect your spa. If issues arise during the QR code scan, take a photo of the serial number and email it for assistance, ensuring your SmartTub™ system is correctly connected and operational.
Finally, verify that all functionalities of the SmartTub™ system work correctly after the upgrade. This ensures you can enjoy your enhanced spa experience with confidence.
