Comfort: Enjoying your red light therapy in your own home or backyard ensures the ultimate comfort that is ready when you are.
Privacy: Experiencing red light therapy at home ensures your total privacy, whether enjoying it solo or with a significant other.
Affordability: While the cost of a wellness product such as an infrared sauna or hot tub with infrared and red light therapy can initially outweigh the cost of red light therapy services and treatments at a doctor’s office, clinic, or wellness center, over time it will certainly be worth the investment.
When selecting at-home products and devices, it’s important to ensure quality, so you can experience the best red light therapy. Select products from reputable brands that have a stellar reputation in the world of wellness, such as the Jacuzzi name, for example.
Jacuzzi® Infrared Saunas with red light therapy
Infrared saunas are designed to use infrared light to heat your body directly, rather than warming the air around you like traditional saunas. This allows the heat to penetrate deeper into your body’s tissues, enhancing the therapeutic effects of red light therapy.
In addition to high-intensity red light therapy, Jacuzzi® Infrared Saunas, which are available in 1-person, 2-person, and 3-person models, feature therapeutic full spectrum heaters that deliver near, mid, and far infrared, along with perks such as Vibrational Resonance Therapy—sound and vibration—and Chromotherapy—a range of 12 colored light settings to boost your mood—your sauna session will be immensely enhanced.
How to use your Jacuzzi® Infrared Sauna with red light therapy:
- Temperature settings: Infrared saunas generally have lower temperatures than traditional saunas, ranging from 120°F to 150°F (49°C to 66°C). Be sure to set your sauna at a comfortable temperature, usually between 130°F to 140°F (54°C to 60°C). Refer to your owner’s manual for ideal temperature settings recommended for your sauna.
- Session duration: The typical duration for infrared sauna sessions is usually around 20 minutes, or more, depending on your tolerance level. Start with shorter sessions and gradually work your way up. Remember to always follow the instructions of your owner’s manual, and do not exceed recommended session length.
- Frequency: For maximum benefit, you can aim for two to three sessions per week. More frequent use may be beneficial for specific conditions, but be sure to listen to your body.
- Customize your session: With a variety of options to choose from, each sauna session can be different from the last, depending on your mood, needs, and preferences.
