The best time for a shower with Turkish bath is the evening before dinner or in any case on an empty stomach after a lukewarm shower, even though there are no time contraindications for this treatment.
Can be repeated two or three times a week.
As described previously, the main body part involved is the skin, with dilatation of the pores and perspiration. This condition also leads to deep-down cleansing of the skin of those accumulated substances that are considered toxic (sodium water retention, alcohol, nicotine, metals).
