A Jacuzzi® Hot Tub is built with your comfort and health in mind. An important element of that is seat design–our seats are not static, they will adjust to your needs. Besides providing the perfect hydromassage, these seats allow you to recline, sit up straight, or massage specific areas of your body. Each one has been crafted to provide a specific experience, which you can learn about below. To help you choose a hot tub model, determine if you want the seats to provide:

Lower Back Massage

The MX Jet therapy seat is deeply contoured and features a cushioned headrest, placing your body in the ideal position for a maximum volume, low-pressure massage. This seat’s massage action is incredibly effective for the larger muscles in the lower back.

Relaxation

The RX seat is the epitome of quality and performance. This modest-sized jet reaches a large number of muscles and nerves in the back, providing the gentle pressure of a Swedish-style hydromassage to the places that need it most.

Muscle Knot Release

The FX rotational seat combines two types of PowerPro® Jets, stimulating the tissue of your neck and shoulders with a spinning massage. It also hits key smaller muscle groups in your lower back, generating a rifling action that will lead to increased relaxation.

Tension Easing

This ProAir® lounge seat pinpoints and kneads a wide swath of smaller neck and back muscle groups, generating a tingling relaxation upward through your shoulders and head. Large muscles along the spine will also benefit from this seat, which features a combination of small, targeted jets and large rotational jets.

Swedish Upper Back Massage

Enjoy a Swedish hydromassage via four types of PowerPro® Jets in the PowerPro® therapy jet seat. These jets focus on the neck, shoulders, and back; you can adjust each section from high to low pressure. Enjoy a massage customized just the way you want it.

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed for maximum therapy and versatility, the FX-12 therapy seat is equipped with spiral action jets that apply pressure to back and neck muscles. Adjust the pressure to your liking and indulge in a hydromassage that will replicate the pressure of thumbs and palms kneading out tension in your muscles.

Now that you have an idea of the types and functions of the many seats offered, you’re better equipped to select the hot tub you want. Remember, not all seats are available in all models, so be sure to prioritize what type of experience you’d most enjoy in your spa.
