Jacuzzi Dealer Q&A: Denise Orwat, New England Spas

Get to know your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub dealers and gain a little practical information on what you can expect when shopping for your hot tub with our dealer spotlight series.

For our latest installment, we spoke with Denise Orwat at New England Spas, which has three locations in Massachusetts and is celebrating their 30th anniversary this year:

Q: Tell me a little about New England Spas and what drew you to the hot tub industry.

Denise Orwat (DO): The owner of New England Hot Tubs (circa 1985) had been in the high-end home improvement business years earlier. The evolution began with energy-related products like solar hot water, solid fuel products, and energy-efficient window shades! He must have like the idea of staying in hot water!

I personally got into the industry when my best friend asked me if I could come and help her company sell hot tubs at their booth at The Big E State Fair in West Springfield. I ended up really enjoying selling hot tubs! The product itself is a blast to sell! After a few years of part-time employment, the dealer asked me to come on full time, and I said sure. The rest is history—I’ve been in the industry 19 years, and with New England Spas for 13 years.

Q: What is that special thing about your dealership that brings customers in and keeps them coming back?

DO: We have a very strong, positive reputation and history. We also have a great Web presence and a very solid referral base, as well as lots of repeat spa purchase business. By virtue of being as old as we are, we have customers that are coming back to us for their second or third hot tubs! We also employ very knowledgeable and fun people and we are open seven days a week.

Q:  Why do you encourage customers to come into a dealership to purchase a hot tub?

DO: We want them to see the product live and get their hands in front of those wonderful jets! We have several dry models folks can sit in to see if the hot tub they are considering is a good fit based on their height. We might even be able to get them to test soak one while they visit! You cannot do this if you are purchasing from a big box store or an online-only retailer.

Q: Are you selling the J-500™ Collection?

DO: We have it on the showroom floor, and we’ve sold a few already. People are absolutely mind-blown when they see it. It’s really a beautiful hot tub. It’s so sleek and is just a stunning product, very state-of-the-art. There’s nothing else out there like it.

Q: What are the questions you hear most frequently at your dealership?

DO: The top question is price. Other than that, we primarily get installation and maintenance questions. How soon can we get our spa? How is it delivered? What do I need for power, and what’s the maintenance like? Where should I put this thing?

Q: Is there something you do to help with installation or maintenance?

DO: Yes! First, we spend a lot of time in the beginning asking the right questions. Post sale, each customer fills out a sheet describing their delivery situation, which generates conversation as to the details of their backyard. Our delivery crews are fantastic, and they can look at those notes and decide on how to best deliver the hot tub. We also have an incredible electrician we’ve been recommending for years—he’s done thousands of our installs. He not only wires the tub, but also makes sure it’s running before he leaves.

We also email customers a pre-delivery guide. They really have one-stop shopping at our dealership, and we want them to leave happy.

For customers who prefer a “hands-off” approach to ownership, we offer valet services. They can purchase a pre-set package of services such as weekly visits for water care or simply draining/cleaning and refilling the spa a few times per year.

Q: Are you noticing any trends? Do you have any predictions as far as what you think will be the next big thing?

DO: Hmmm….the next big thing? I’m hesitant to make predictions, because I’ve been in this business a long time! I can tell you that the average consumer is starting to buy bigger ticket spas and buy the extras like Bluetooth Music or surround systems to enhance the look of the hot tub in the backyard.

We are seeing more and more folks purchasing hot tubs for the therapeutic aspect it provides. This is how we want our customer to view our spas, so we’re pleased with what’s happening right now.

Easy DIY Projects to Complement Your Hot Tub

Create an at-home spa getaway for a restful staycation, without spending a ton of money at a brand-name store. Making a well-designed space that blends function and form is easier than you think. All you need is a hot tub and some vision.

1. Light and Fragrance

Start off with the easy stuff. Add ambience and fragrance to your soaks by placing candles or lanterns around your hot tub. Stringing lights along a pergola or fence can add charm, while also increasing visibility at night. Plants like citronella grass, lemon balm, rosemary, and lavender will act as natural aromatherapy, and will keep mosquitos away.

2. Privacy
Create separation of space with artful touches, like placing simple wooden fence posts around your tub and hang sheer fabric around the structure, creating the feeling of a personal sanctuary.

3. Seating

Get used dining room chairs from a thrift store (perhaps mismatched), saw off the legs, and attach the remainder of the chair (seat and backing) to a tree stump to create unique, outdoorsy seating.

4. Storage

Cover an aluminum tub with wood and a small tablecloth to provide an eating or drinking surface, with more space to keep pillows and towels. That way, you won’t have to abandon your guests to trek back into the house or search through your linen closet. Decorate and use plastic sand pails as receptacles for everything from silverware to wet bathing suits.

5. Steps and Walkways

Get some bright paint colors and decorate the steps leading to your hot tub. This is also a fun project to do with your kids—each child could paint a different area of the steps. Another idea is to use cut, treated lumber rounds or install large rocks to create natural steps for getting in and out. Practical, efficient solar lights and whimsical glow-in-the-dark paint will illuminate your path after the sun sets without adding to your energy bill.

Hot Tub Maintenance 102: Protecting the Exterior

We recently discussed just how easy it can be to maintain your hot tub inside and out. In this post, we’ll continue the conversation about hot tub maintenance, but focusing just on tips for the exterior.

The outside of your hot tub is exposed to the elements year round and can be damaged by UV rays, built-up debris, and falling objects, but you can keep your spa looking good as new with these tactics:

Hot Tub Covers

Purchasing a first-rate hot tub cover is one of the best investments you can make to extend the life of your hot tub and reduce costly hot tub repairs. Covers provide protection not only for the inside of the hot tub, but also the top and edges, keeping them from being exposed to extreme weather conditions and sunlight.

Properly fitting hot tub covers, such as those found in our dealerships, are designed specifically for your hot tub to perfectly fit your hot tub’s every curve. The more snug your cover fits, the better it will be protected from the elements.

Vinyl Covers

If you’re using a vinyl hot tub cover, it’s important to clean it monthly to expand the lifespan of not only the cover, but your hot tub, too.

  1. Begin by hosing down the cover to remove any dirt and debris.
  2. Next, wipe down the outside with a soft cloth or sponge and a high-quality cleaner made specifically for hot tub covers.
  • Alternatively, you can also use a mixture of lukewarm water and mild soap.
  • Never use household products, and avoid scrubbers like steel wool.

Keep in mind that cleaning chemicals can add contaminants to the water and cause problems, and rough materials can scratch or even tear the hot tub cover.

If the underside of the cover needs cleaning:

  1. Spray it with a hose and wipe with a new cloth or sponge.
  2. Be sure to rid the cover of any soap, and then let it air dry.
  3. Once the cover dries, apply your vinyl protector as directed on the packaging.

Fabric Covers

When it comes to fabric covers, one of the best ways to keep them in prime condition is by addressing stains as soon as possible.

  1. Brush away dirt and wipe up spills to prevent them from settling into the cover.
  2. If a stain does make a mark, use a soft nylon brush, dishwasher detergent or a gentle laundry detergent such as ones used for babies and warm water to gently spot clean. Rinse out the detergent and let the area air dry.

Use the same technique to clean the underside of your fabric hot tub cover as you would a vinyl cover.

For stubborn stains, use a fabric stain remover, but consult the hot tub cover packaging for additional instructions. Always rinse off any cleaning products and allow your cover to dry on its own.

Exterior Cabinetry and Shell

The exterior sides of the hot tub, also known as the synthetic cabinet or skirt, are made from sturdy, UV-resistant material that shouldn’t require much cleaning. If it does look like it needs a pick me up:

  1. Spray down the exterior with a hose and nozzle attachment.
  2. Or, wipe it down with a cloth and a mild detergent soap solution.

Similarly, the Jacuzzi® Hot Tub shell is acrylic and nonporous and only needs an occasional swipe of a damp cloth and gentle soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the shell, and always ensure all the soap suds are wiped away before refilling the tub.

You could also consider using the Jacuzzi® Spa All-Purpose Cleaner, which is suitable for both the shell and skirt. Simply spray on the solution, wipe down the surfaces with a damp cloth, and rinse. If you need a more aggressive cleaner, contact your Jacuzzi Hot Tubs dealer.

Conclusion

With a little love and attention, your hot tub will not only sparkle on the outside, but will be well-equipped to protect the inside as well. Remember, proper hot tub care is important for both the interior and exterior.

Spruce Up Your Backyard with Summer Annuals

Summer often brings to mind events like graduations, long weekends, pool parties, and barbecues. Chances are, you’re using your backyard (and hot tub) quite a bit during the sunny season—and so are your friends and family. Impress your guests by creating a floral paradise surrounding your hot tub that will come to life in the summer months.

Sweet Alyssum

This is a great groundcover annual for cooler climates. Sweet alyssum prefers partial shade and is a prolific bloomer all through summer with highly scented, small white, pink, or blue flowers. These delicate flowers will add a splash of color to your yard, giving your hot tub a bright backdrop.

Angelonia

Add some natural aromatherapy to your hot tub session with the sweet snapdragon’s aroma. It comes in a variety of colors and grows up to three feet tall, making it a good choice to add height and dimension to your backyard designs. Naturally occurring in arid and semi-arid climates, this plant needs large amounts of sunlight and is perfect for the Southwestern region.

Ornamental Peppers (Capsicum)

These are a fun, colorful addition to the area around your hot tub—and a conversation piece! Grown throughout the United States, ornamental peppers can be used to add a tropical feel to nontropical climates. They do have “edible” fruit, but beware—most people don’t find them enjoyable. Instead of picking them, simply let them brighten up the flower beds around your hot tub.

Heliotrope

This another plant that can add a tropical feel to your backyard paradise, in appearance as well as with its wonderful, unique scent. Plant this tall, low-maintenance annual in clusters that will be reached by full sun and get ready to inhale sweet summertime as you soak in your spa.

Bidens and Calibrachoa

These work well in window boxes and hanging baskets. Bidens have happy yellow blooms that will creep nicely over a planter or across a patio. Calibrachoa flowers prolifically, providing a cascade of bright color.

Coleus

Coleus comes in an amazing variety of colors, sizes, and leaf shapes, and is very easy to grow (for those who may not have the greenest thumb). It also prefers shade, providing an unexpected pop of color in the darker regions of your backyard, or perhaps under a gazebo that also covers your hot tub.

Gerbera daisies

These daisies really speak for themselves. Who doesn’t love their big bright blooms? Stunning, yet easy-to-grow, these daisies are great for potting in large containers to provide colorful accents throughout the yard. Gerbera daisies are also an excellent drought-resistant option for those in dry climates.

Any of the above plants could be perennials in warm climates (zone 9 or higher). In cooler regions, plants such as bananas, mandevilla, hibiscus, and bougainvillea can be grown in the summer as annuals to add a lush, tropical flair to your backyard space around your spa.

See our post on “Most Attractive Types of Greenery to Surround Your Hot Tub” for more backyard ideas. With our tips, you’ll have fun and success creating an attractive backdrop for all of the summer memories you’ll have in your spa.

Relaxation and Other Benefits of Hydrotherapy

The “Secret” of Many Healthy, Happy People

Why do some of the busiest people begin each day seemingly refreshed and with a “bubbly” attitude? How do active people stay on the go even when they have minor aches and pains? Could it be that these people have discovered the benefits of hot tub hydromassage?

Warm water, or “hydro” therapy can promote relaxation, pain relief and improved sleep habits as the heat, buoyancy and massage work together to clear your mind, reduce stress and soothe overworked muscles. Heat improves circulation and warms muscles and joints. Buoyancy lifts the pressure of weight from joints and muscles. Hydromassage stimulates muscles, healing and soothing soreness, which also helps to ease pain surrounding joints. Read on to learn more about the benefits of hydrotherapy.

Relaxation
People have always been naturally drawn to water as a source of comfort—the soothing sounds of a bubbling brook, the relaxing steam of a natural hot spring. Water therapy in a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub combines all the best calming features of water: opening the blood vessels to improve circulation, relaxing the muscles and providing an escape from the pressures of daily life.

Post-workout soreness

Exercise is important for health and well-being, but no one wants the sore, overworked muscles that sometimes come along with it. Hydromassage gently warms and stimulates the muscles and joints, expediting recovery to the benefit of those with injuries and muscle pain.

Targeted pain relief
Hydromassage has many pain-relieving benefits. It reduces pain levels in those with arthritis by opening the blood vessels and increasing range of movement, and reduces muscle tension and overall discomfort resulting from fibromyalgia. And for those who suffer from lower-back pain, a 2012 article in the Journal of Musculoskeletal Research found that hydrotherapy provides more potential benefits when compared to land-based exercises.

Improved sleep habits

With all these amazing hot tub benefits, you won’t be surprised to learn that a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub can also help you sleep! The National Institutes of Health estimates that 30 percent of Americans suffer from sleep disruption. All the benefits of immersing yourself in warm water—tension relief, improved circulation and more—also help create healthy sleep habits, according to the Better Sleep Council. Raising your internal temperature by soaking in a hot tub two hours before bedtime, and then having your body naturally return to normal temperature after you exit your spa, creates a gentle transition that improves sleep.

Whether you’re juggling work and family, recovering from a joint or muscle injury or simply need to unwind from the day’s stresses, hot tub therapy provides relaxation, healing effects and nourishing rejuvenation. In addition, a hot tub is a natural place to get together with family and friends, so you could say that better communication and having fun socializing are also benefits of hydrotherapy.

Stay Loose: Hot Tub Massage and Chronic Lower Back Pain

How Hydrotherapy Can Help

Jacuzzi

According to survey results released in 2012 by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)1, nearly two-thirds of Americans experience lower back pain at some point in their lives. Anyone who owns a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub knows that the warm-water massage feels incredibly soothing on tender or tense back muscles, but does a hot tub help manage chronic back pain?

Here are some comments from our customers:

“Oh yes it does!!! Powerful jets massage my whole back, the heat soothes sore muscles. Our Jacuzzi® Hot Tub is wonderful.”

“New Jacuzzi® Hot Tub owners and bought it because of my chronic back problems…it has helped.”

“It’s a blessing, with or without back troubles. Great to de-stress, relax, & unwind.”

Hydrotherapy revs up circulation to soothe muscles and relieve pain symptoms faster, making it an effective way to gain control over lower back pain. It also promotes spine flexibility to help with stiffness of the spine, which is often identified as a cause of lower back pain.

The research on hydrotherapeutic massage is convincing—hot tub jets may be a good tactic for relieving lower back pain relief:

  • A study comparing hydrotherapy and land-based exercise for lower back pain stated that both are helpful, but “hydrotherapy seems to be better for spinal flexibility.” The Journal of Musculoskeletal Research, Vol. 13, Issue 04, Dec. 2010.
  • Applied heat expands blood vessels, improves circulation, helps to relax muscles, and reduces pain, according to a book about complementary and alternative cancer therapies by the American Cancer Society.2 “Warm water in the form of a bath, massaging water jets, or hot tub also provides relaxation and stress relief,” it says. “An analysis of studies done on hydrotherapy for lower back pain suggested that it might be helpful, although further studies are needed.”
  • Other sources have also concluded that while more research is needed, “hydrotherapy currently remains an attractive treatment modality for low back pain to improve aerobic conditioning and initiate spinal stabilizing efforts.”3

Seventy-two percent of those surveyed in the APTA study used pain medication to relieve their symptoms1, but the APTA recommends that sufferers learn natural strategies for preventing and relieving chronic back pain. Hydrotherapy encourages the body to use its own responses to handle back pain. With a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub in your backyard, you can relieve chronic pain with regular hydromassage sessions and feel better naturally.

Integrating Your Portable Hot Tub into Your Backyard

Your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub not only feels good, it can dramatically enhance your outdoor area, too, depending on how you place it. Take your backyard to the next level by integrating your hot tub into the landscape of your home with these tips:

Careful Consideration

Look at the angles of your yard and assess where your spa’s shape would fit in the most complimentary way. Make sure there will be enough space to enter and walk around the hot tub. Remember to leave room for smaller items you may add to the yard like barbeque grills, children’s toys, etc. And, of course, don’t forget to consider easy access from your house.

Seclude Your Sanctuary

Add outdoor curtains or a pre-built screen to foster a feeling of privacy in your yard, along with genuine Jacuzzi® Brand steps to simultaneously create a sophisticated spa-like look.

Make It a Centerpiece

Make your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub a focal point of your property by installing lights, a walkway, mosaic tiles, and other décor elements that highlight and lead up to your soaking spot.

Keep it Green

trellis with honeysuckle

Add trees and shrubbery around your hot tub to create a gorgeous green grotto. You can also trail some vines along latticework to create a natural privacy screen.

Let the Sunshine In

Build a surrounding sundeck to accentuate your spa. The slatted wood will add an appearance of warmth and give you and your family a place to lounge and enjoy the outdoors before or after you use your hot tub.

Make a Statement

Surround your hot tub with contrasting materials and textures to create a bold, modern look that’s certain to turn heads and add unique appeal to your yard.

There’s no limit to the innovative ways in which you can integrate your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub into your yard. Get more inspiration and see how others have highlighted their spas with this showcase of fantasy backyards.

Bachelorette Hot Tub Party Ideas

If you’re a maid of honor or bridesmaid responsible for organizing a bachelorette party for a bride-to-be, you’re under pressure to come up with something creative that everyone will enjoy. What better way to send off one of your besties than with a backyard bachelorette party that incorporates your hot tub? Here are some ideas to get your party planning started:

Theme It Up

Add an air of enchantment to the festivities by decorating your yard like a bright beach scene or luscious luau. Grab some beach balls and a volleyball net for fun before you hit the hot tub, and set up Tiki torches and a thatch umbrella to get the ladies in an island state of mind.

Pamper Yourselves

Prior to her big walk down the aisle, treat the nearly newlywed to her own home-based spa session. Start with a hydromassage in your hot tub, followed by facials and hot tea. Take things to the next level by hiring a mobile day spa to bring professional manis and pedis to your party.

Celebrate Cinematics

Rent a projector and inflatable screen (or hang a drop cloth), and watch the bride-to-be’s favorite films from the warmth of a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub. You can even get the bride’s family and friends to send you videos of her best (or most embarrassing) moments that you can all watch together. Add a gourmet popcorn bar and candy concession stand to bring the big-screen experience to life.

Play Ex-Charades

While relaxing in the hot tub, pass around a fishbowl with slips of laminated paper naming the future wife’s former crushes, hook-ups, and significant others. Take turns acting out the old flames to see if the bachelorette can guess who they are.

Go Gourmet

Hire a personal chef to prepare a delicious at-home dinner for your group, and to teach everyone some new recipes. Chow down on the enticing edibles and digest the meal while unwinding in your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub.

Sweeten the Deal

Host a game night with some waterproof playing cards and a large upside-down Frisbee as your “table.” Then deal up your favorite card games from the comfort of your hot tub, awarding winners with beach towels, flip-flops, or gift cards for a local salon.

These are just a few ideas to help you host a backyard bash the bride-to-be will never forget. Curious about what else people are doing to incorporate their hot tub into their lifestyle? Check out these backyard hobbies you can enjoy right from a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub.

Jacuzzi Expert Q&A: Tracine Marroquin

For the next installment in our series of interviews with Jacuzzi employees, we spoke with Tracine Andrus Marroquin, Vice President of Product Marketing, Hot Tubs. Tracine has more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and new product development. The majority of her career and professional passion has been devoted to product marketing, where she has led the development of products for brands including Black & Decker, Craftsman, and Jacuzzi. She is the proud mother of two young daughters and lives with her family in Orange County, California.

Tracine_headshot

Q: How long have you worked at Jacuzzi? What’s your role?

Tracine Marroquin (TM): Throughout my nearly seven years with the company, I have served as Director of Marketing for both the Jacuzzi® Luxury Bath and the Hot Tub division of Jacuzzi® Group Worldwide. I am now Vice President of Marketing for Hot Tub Products.

Q: Briefly explain what you do on a daily basis.

TM: As the leader of our Product Marketing and Industrial Design Teams, I work as the spokesperson for our end-customer in the development and management of our product lines. Spanning multiple brands and price points, my challenge is to ensure that our products do more than just meet the market segment needs. As the voice of this customer experience, my team is charged with knowing the competitive landscape inside-and-out, and to balance that information with the input we get direct from end-consumers in our ‘voice of the customer’ research.

Q: What is one of you biggest goals for 2015?

TM: With the recent launch of the J-500™ Collection, our immediate focus is on ensuring the success of the new line. Additionally, we are working on the next wave of new products to launch in the coming years.

Q: What are the main differences between the Hot Tub Collections?

TM: You will notice several differences as you scan the Hot Tub Collections in the Jacuzzi® Product Line. They fall into a few key categories:

Experience– Our patented PowerPro® Jets are used on the J-500™, J-400™, J-300™, and J-LX® Collections. These jets are only found on Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs and were developed by us for very specific purposes. You will find very specific seat layouts that cater to particular muscle groups. The J-200™ Collection features jets that we are happy to place in a Jacuzzi® Brand Hot Tub, but do not have the unique features and performance of the PowerPro® Jets used in the higher collections. Lighting and water features differentiate the Collections and enhance the experience.

Controls and Programmability –  The control systems differ greatly in our Collections and you will notice as you move up the line, you not only get additional design elements such as backlighting and color screens, but you also get added features.

Design and Appearance – As is evident by the striking design of the J-500™ Collection, the overall look of the models become more unique as you move up the product line as well. The controls, equipment, and expertise needed to mold products with these details cannot be duplicated.

Q: How do you recommend shoppers narrow down the choices between models?

TM: An obvious first step is to determine if your property offers any space limitations. Once you’ve decided on a size range, you can focus on how you want to use your tub. Relaxation? With the family? Hydromassage therapy? For just the two of you? As a design feature of your yard? A sales associate in a dealer showroom can help you determine the best model for you and your family. I highly suggest sitting in a wet or dry hot tub to help make that final decision. It will be clear why Jacuzzi® Brand Hot Tubs offer the best in comfort, hydromassage and more.

If you want to read more stories like Tracine’s, check out our feature on Erica Moir, Vice President of Marketing and New Product Development for Bath.

Jacuzzi Expert Q&A: Erica Moir

Last month we introduced you to our series featuring Jacuzzi employees and their answers to top questions. Our first employee spotlight was focused on Larry Ovalle, Director of Product Marketing, Hot Tubs, and this time around we have someone new for you to meet. We’d like to introduce you to Erica Moir, Vice President of Marketing and New Product Development for Bath.

Erica_Moir headshot

Q: How long have you worked at Jacuzzi?

Erica Moir (EM): I’ve been with Jacuzzi for more than 10 years as Vice President for New Product Development and Design, as well as Vice President of Design and Development in both the spa and bath divisions.

Q: Can you give us a quick explanation of what you do on a day-to-day basis?

EM: My main focus is to define the broad scope of the Jacuzzi® Luxury Bath product line. By attending global shows, I stay abreast of evolving consumer expectations and keep a finger on the pulse of design trends. Trend research also involves looking outside of our industry for inspiration in launching new products that will complement our current product lines.

Q: What is so special about Jacuzzi® Brand jets?

EM: Jacuzzi® Jets are exclusive. We have been developing hydromassage jets since the invention of our original J-300™ Pump in 1956. Our PowerPro® Jet systems exploit the Venturi Principle to deliver what we call Jacuzzi® Aqualibrium™—the perfect mix of air and water.

Q: If a hot tub or bathtub has more jets than another one, does that mean it’s a better model?

EM: More jets do not equal a better hydromassage. We put a lot of thought and effort into positioning our fully adjustable jets in the right locations.

Q: Why is Jacuzzi® Brand hydromassage better than competitors?

EM: At Jacuzzi, hydrotherapy and hydromassage are what makes us who we are; and that’s why we are committed to raising the bar when it comes to performance.  We continue to advance our highly engineered jets as well as develop other innovative water experiences. Wellness will eternally define the Jacuzzi® Brand.

Q: What is the most popular bathtub style?

EM: Our bathtubs are available by experience: Salon® Spa, Pure Air®, Whirlpool and Soaking. Whirlpool continues to be our signature product. We’ve also noticed a rising trend in freestanding bathtub designs and continue to expand our offering in this space.

Q: Do you have any new bathtub models that you’re excited about introducing?

EM: Starting this spring, we plan on launching several new models, some of which will expand our current product lines, and others that will introduce new product lines to the Jacuzzi® Luxury Bath portfolio.

Q: What are your goals for 2015?

EM: Last year we successfully launched eight new products, and we plan to be just as productive this year.

Q: What is the one thing you think is most important for customers to know?

EM: We believe that the experience of hydrotherapy can not only be improved, but perfected. We know your time is precious; we want the “escape” you find in our products to be an amazing one.
