Dear Divas,

I'm getting ready to have my master bathroom remodeled. What are the popular or current trends for master bath designs? I'm new to this as I've never had a bathroom remodel before. What would be them must have items?Searching

For bathtubs, selecting a whirlpool bathtub instead of a standard soaking tub is definitely a must have item. Look for products that include chromatherapy lighting systems. Dear Divas,

My family has outgrown our small three bedroom home, and I'm ready to upgrade to a larger house. Would upgrading the bathroom on my existing house help me get more value for my home when I do sell?Looking To Upgrade

Della:
Yes. One of the first things to look for when your trying to increase the value of your home for resale is to upgrading your bathroom. Even simple changes, like adding new light fixtures and vanities with larger storage adds value.

Tracy:
You can also decide to change your flooring in the bathroom. Replacing the floor with ceramic tile or even marble really brings out the luxury in a bath. Which brings big returns in your investment for your remodel. Even just adding a new coat of paint can add value and improve your existing bathroom.
