Chino Hills, CA – (January 25, 2011) – As the Official Hydrotherapy Partner of last year’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series®, Jacuzzi exhibited a large presence at several Health and Wellness Expos held the day before the big race.
Eager Health and Fitness Expo attendees gathered around the Jacuzzi booth, lured in by a display of Jacuzzi® signature bathtubs. The Era™ Slipper (pictured left) and the Era Double Ended (pictured center) freestanding bathtubs displayed a traditional bathing experience in Jacuzzi’s classic Italian design. Jacuzzi’s soaking tubs are deep and the perfect vessels to envelope sore achy muscles in therapeutic warm water after an intense workout. Jacuzzi’s top of the line luxury bathtub, the Fuzion™ 7260 (pictured right) was definitely a head turner and crowd pleaser, displayed proudly in fine decking of exotic wenge wood. Offering an invigorating massage, a gentle caress or a combination of both, the Fuzion seemed to be the ideal post race hydromassage experience for marathoners.
Attendees who wanted to learn more about the many post-workout benefits of hydrotherapy watched an informative video on hot water therapy, detailing the best ways to alleviate fatigue and muscle soreness – with a warm bath in a deep soaking tub, an invigorating hydromassage in a jetted bathtub or relaxing dip in a hot tub.
The resounding theme of Jacuzzi’s presence at the Rock ‘n’ Roll events was undoubtedly Train Hard, Recover Faster. “As a marathon runner who trains hard, I am always searching for ways to relieve muscle soreness. Hydrotherapy after an intense training set is stimulating yet so relaxing.”
Jacuzzi was proud to support our very own runner, Sue Branica. Sue trained religiously for the San Diego event, including waking up daily for early morning long distance runs before work! “I’m thrilled Jacuzzi is a sponsor of the Rock ’n’ Roll Marathon Series. As a marathon runner who trains hard, I am always searching for ways to relieve muscle soreness. Hydrotherapy after an intense training set is stimulating yet so relaxing.”
